Soyuz Delivers Six New Globalstars To Orbit Baikonur, Kazakhstan (SPX) Oct 20, 2010 The initial cluster of six Globalstar second-generation satellites was successfully orbited today (October 20) on an Arianespace Soyuz mission, which was conducted by its Starsem affiliate from Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Red Cross appeals for one million dollars for Vietnam floods Geneva (AFP) Oct 18, 2010 The international Red Cross on Monday appealed for more than one million dollars in aid for victims of heavy flooding in Vietnam.
