Space security surveillance received a new boost with advances in satellite technology announced by Boeing, Ball Aerospace and Orbital. China has toughened customs clearance procedures to delay shipments to and from Japan in the wake of a territorial dispute that continues to fray relations between the two, a report said Monday.
