American Honour For Australian Space Tracking Stations
Tidbinbilla, Australia (SPX) May 25, 2010
The Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex (CDSCC) at Tidbinbilla and former tracking stations, Honeysuckle Creek and Orroral Valley, near Canberra, will be honoured tomorrow by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) as sites of Historic Aerospace Significance. An international scheme to build a nuclear fusion reactor in France has come under fire due to ballooning funding concerns. Marriott International said Monday it aimed to double the number of hotels it operates in China within five years, making the country its most important market outside North America.
