Following yesterday's launch dress rehearsal and the debriefing today, the Russian State Commission has given the go-ahead to launch ESA's ice mission tomorrow at 15:57 CEST. Today's go-ahead marks the last milestone along the road to launch the long-awaited CryoSat-2 satellite. The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) may seek to block Google's purchase of mobile telephone advertising company AdMob on anti-trust grounds, The Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday. Online advertising revenue hit a record 6.3 billion dollars in the United States in the fourth quarter of the year, a bright spot in an otherwise dismal year, according to a report on Wednesday.
