Intelsat 15 Zenit-3SLB Land Launch Delayed Moscow (AFP) Nov 30, 2009 The launch of a US telecom satellite from Kazakhstan was scrubbed overnight for technical reasons, Russia's Roskosmos space agency said Monday as quoted by the RIA Novosti news agency. "The date of the new launch is unknown - either it will be postponed by an indefinite time or by 24 hours," officials said. The Intelsat-15 satellite, built by Orbital Sciences.
